This bad boy wakes me up in the morning! I put coffee grounds in it. I pour hot water over them and delicious waking elixir comes out. And the best part is no black gooey stuff at the bottom of my cup looking up at me! Nice!!

I'm incredibly happy with this coffee filter! I've been making pour over for about a year now and was using a coffee maker micro filter and it still had silt in the bottom and required some inventiveness to make work without making a huge mess.This filter is really well made. The cup stand feels solid yet light and has strong welds that I can't see casually rusting or breaking. The filter itself really does keep all of the silt out. Using fresh ground beans, I've made some really good cups of coffee recently. Had a weekend trip in Tahoe and this was what we used for 6 adults to make coffee in the morning. We literally lined up to use it vs the maker in the corner...Clean up is a snap. Rinse with water and air dry. The instruction say you can soak this in boiling water and vinegar mixtures, but I haven't needed to do that yet. Warm/hot water does a good job of removing all evidence of the grinds. Really, this is a fantastic value with great quality. I'll certainly pick up another at this price so we can split up the line next time. :)

I was quite satisfied of the product. It is easy to clean, beautiful and makes good pour over coffee. However, after using it for several times, the bottom part got ripped off.... And now It won't sit balanced but slightly tilted on the cup and totally unhappy that it happened just a fee weeks after the purchase.

This is hands down one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I have a stand with a clear glass holder that you would normally place a paper cone filter in. I got tired of that and wanted something sturdier and reusable. This is amazing. It's not so much a gaudy gold color as it is an antiqued gold or bronze. The cone is a double mesh -- filter on the outside and fine mesh lining the inside, which helps keep the grounds in place and makes for a great pour. I love that it naturally slows the pour, so everything isn't a wash into the mug (I haven't invested in a gooseneck kettle, so this really helps control the flow with a standard kettle). I don't need to use the stand, but from what I can see it's sturdy. Compared to other metal pour over filters on the market the price cannot be beat. You get what you pay for and then some. Cheers!

I was introduced to slow drip through Chemex, where I got a huge carafe and slow-drip system that I ended up taking to my office because I didn't drink coffee. After tasting slow-drip coffee though, I became hooked but didn't have the heart to take the glory of fresh coffee from my team, so I bought 2 of these for my wife and I. The coffee comes out great, it's easy to clean, and it matches the copper/white decor in my kitchen. The coffee is so good, my parents ask will drink 2-3 cups a day when they come over. Even my coffee-snob sister didn't have much to say when she tasted the coffee.

The filter worked for a couple months, then it clogged -which I’m sure everyone’s purchase did, but not everyone had the time to review it. Followed all the cleaning instructions (purchased/used citric acid, hydrogen peroxide and dish soap. Also used a bottle of vinegar mixed 1 to 3). What a waste. I ordered this to SAVE resources, not waste more.

This is an excellent product! I have been trying various pour over/press methods for making a great cup of coffee, and so far this is hands down my favorite. Simple to use, no waste, no added taste or smell, and very easy to clean. I was initially worried it would retain smells, as I am using a variety of coffees, and once I rinse it clean by hand, I find it has little to no smell, of coffee or otherwise. I have been using daily for about a week, this seems like a well built product that will last with normal use.
