The craftsmanship and build quality is top notch. And the sound was really good. Solid bass and crisp highs. The highlight for me was how nice the controls are. The physical clickable buttons are terrific and the amount of features, control, and customization you can do with each earbud was unmatched by any other buds i've tried. You can program up to 8 different separate controls (4 for each ear bud). And since the buds have clickable buttons those controls work flawlessly. I absolutely love them!The fit however, because no two ears are the same (well technically your two ears are the same, but no two sets of ears are the same :) didn't work for me. They just wouldn't stay in my ear, so I had to return them.The seller was super communicative and understanding. So if these work for you, I'd highly recommend them, and I'd recommend any new or refurb products from this seller.

If I could give these earbuds a six star rating, I would. I love them. I use them several hours a day while walking and doing chores and other things. I use them for music and audio books. I have had them fall out many times and not break. I have had them fall into water - wait patiently for eight hours to dry out and they work fine. They work from -10 degrees to 100 degrees F. They are less visible than others I have owned. Buy them Amazon Renewed and they are a great price.Pros:Fairly comfortable.Can wear them under earmuffs in the cold without having the buttons go crazy.Can lay on my side on a pillow and they are comfortable and the buttons don't go crazy.Sound is great with powerful bass.Battery life is great.Durability is great.Jabra app provides good customization.Hear-through mode works well and allows conversation with earbuds in.Cons:Active noise reduction effect is minimal. I have some Sony XM3 headphones that do a great job at noise reduction. These earbuds do little.Chewing or otherwise moving my jaw around a lot causes the earbuds to gradually work out of my ears and fall out.Telephone calls aren't great. Sound from mics can be distant.

For what it's worth unless you want to keep throwing your $$ out stay away from any earbuds. At best they are all disposable and can't stand up to even light usage. They are ALL terribly uncomfortable and either fallout or just stop functioning and me personally have given up. I have probably returned more than 15-20 of these crappy earbuds back ( sorry Amazon). My opinion is to get something decent like a standard over the ear 👂 headset that is RELIABLE and has to be more comfortable without getting overcharged. Don't fall for the manufacturer's hype like Apple or Bose trying to sell you something terribly expensive only to be disappointed 😞. Big time ripoff.

This is my fourth set of Jabra ear buds. They all work great I just can't seam to keep them out of the washer and dryer. Surprisly they usually still work. This refurbished set has terrible silicone ear pieces. Rubber tips keep coming off and now its stuck inside my ear until I get home and am able to have my wife fish it out

This is my second pair because it's so much easier to get deals for them now compared to when they came out, and because they were the best headphones I've ever owned by far. Just now posting this review even though I bought then months ago because I left them in my pocket and WASHED them. Full heavy cycle. They were soaked completely inside and out for a good two hours, case open and all. I let them dry in front of a fan for a few hours and they work exactly the same as they did. Besides that, the obvious stuff. These things get very bassy if you want them to, and that's why I got them. The app is very useful and every change is instantaneous. The noise canceling is excellent (though I don't use it much). The only very mild complaint I have if I were to nitpick are the earpieces or whatever they're called. The rubber things. They didn't fit my ears well, but you can easily find better ones for next to nothing. I got the SpinFit CP360's specifically. They stay in, trust.

The reason I gave this review 3 stars was because what I received. Earbuds, 1 set of extra ear gels (small), a case, and a usb c cord that looks like someone found it in a corner in the floor and stuck it in the box. No charging pad in sight.It did connect to my phone, watch, iPad and MacBook Pro with no connection issues. And you can find a user guide in the Jabra+ app on your phone. If I had not previously had a pair before I would have been lost on how to pair these.If you are not going to include what you advertise, don’t advertise it!

I had a pair of 75 elites. Loved them. Lost them. Repurchased these and hoped they would be just as good. Sadly, the connection is choppy, cutting in and out. Sound quality is decent but extremely annoying to have audio books, phone calls, and podcasts cut out, losing important information. The fit is also weird and they pop out of my ears with out much notice. One time barely escaping the toilet bowl. I really loved my old 75ts and wish these would have worked better.

I’ve had several pairs of these… because I’m a child and keep losing them!Unfortunately for Jabra, they have a real problem with counterfeiters copying their headsets. Obviously, this isn’t the “fault” of Jabra, but it’s gotta be hurting their sales. The counterfeit versions sound terrible and won’t pair with the Jabra app.Out of the 4 pairs of these that I’ve purchased, 2 have been counterfeit. I’m convinced this particular pair is the real deal because they sound fantastic and I had no problem pairing them with the app. If I was going to buy another pair (and I probably will), I’d probably do my best to buy from a known seller and be spring-loaded to returning them if anything seems amiss. It really is too bad that the bad guys have latched onto this brand because I think these are vastly superior to the popular white brand in every way!
