I am not sure if this is real gold.I wore this nose ring for one day, and that was enough for me. When I put this in my nose, during my entire work day my nose was feeling irritated, and it felt like it was extremely swollen. I couldn't even move the nose ring around through my piercing, or touch it without it stinging. When I finally came back from work, I saw that my nostril was so swollen and closed around the ring that I could not even take it out. I tried, and tried, and tried but it would not move, or twist. I began to panic.40 minutes later, I was finally able to get the ring out. Painfully. Mind you, my nose had been pierced for over a year and a half! IT WAS NOT freshly pierced or still healing. And I am not allergic to gold. There is no way that this should have happened.The nose ring is pretty, but it is thinner than a paper clip. It is so thin that it barely clasps into the back. The ring is pretty for aesthetic purposes, maybe to take pictures in quickly, but that is it. Not a long term nose ring. I really hope that no one experiences what I have because it was horrible.

If you have any metal sensitivities DO NOT by this. It’s beautiful, not hypoalergenic. I have nickel allergies. At first I thought I was just irritated from putting it in. After a few days it was unbearable. When I finally took it out, not only was there swelling on the inside & outside of my nose, there was a line on the outside where the hoop touched my skin. I had a rash from the metal. I contaced the seller to ask what metal was in this and what could be done. In spite of me sending a screenshot of a review with a similar incident, I was told they’ve never had this problem before. My money was refunded, but the seller refused to tell me if there was nickel in it or not. He just repeated that this never happened before.

I absolutely am in love with this nose hoop. I wasn't sure at first, as I usually wear a very tiny white gold and diamond bone. I wanted to change it up a bit, but slightly noticeable. I ended up getting two colors, and I'll probably order more in the near future. The seller is awesome, by the way!!!!

I've been looking for a pretty nose ring for awhile. I have my nostril pierced, and the cool septum rings don't usually fit. I ordered this one in the blue, and I've worn it for more than a month. It's stayed in my nose through face masks, showers, and lots of foundation. Through it all, it has held up wonderfully! And despite having a sensitive nose, this metal does not bother me. I would highly recommend purchasing this. This cute ring is the only one I've ever bought that hasn't irritated my nose. Wonderful product!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it and it is pretty but it has messed up my nose so badly I may have to let it heal and have it re-pierced. I’ve had it in for a little under a week and my nose is so bloody and infected that I’m not sure I’ll be able to get another ring in if I tried. It’s very thin, flimsy and cheap, but as I’ve used it I can’t return it. Clasp also does not fasten all the way.

I absolutely love this nose ring. I have been using it for a little bit over a month and it has not peeled off or faded. And I don’t take it off for anything. The color matches with everything and the little balls have a translucent tone to them that is simply beautiful

When I took the ring out of the bag, an Opal immediately fell to the floor. It was still cute until the bigger gold part of the ring started moving through my nose, stretching my piercing. After that I just threw it away.
