This laptop works great for basic needs. I bought this for when I have a need for Microsoft Word and Excel or things I don't do on my tablet or phone. It is a budget laptop. The keys aren't as quiet as other laptops I've used and the processor is a tad slower as well. Starts up quickly, has a good screen and is lightweight. If you are looking for a budget friendly machine, this is it. I'm happy with it.

Piece of trash TECLAST 14 inch Laptop, 8GB RAM 256GB SSD (1TB Extensible) laptop! Not worth the buy. Didn't last long and started giving problems starting up and then it just wouldn't start up.

Had this computer for less than a year and used it only for printing shipping labels and uploading photos. 10 months in and it won't turn on. I've tried everything. After looking online I found it's a common thing with this computer.Save yourself the headache.

I feel tricked into buying this one. I clicked the link to a laptop I had already bought and assumed it was the same one without checking because I clicked a link for a specific one and I already knew I liked it. Turns out since they don't make those anymore, it sent me to a different, lower quality laptop. I'm really disappointed about it, thinking of returning it.Update: Their customer service was very helpful and persistent in helping get this sorted out. They compensated me for the misunderstanding. I returned the laptop and will be shopping for one that fits my needs. This laptop is okay, seems about right for the price. I changed the star rating to reflect the laptop and experience with customer service.

I don't know how to delete my prior less than stellar feedback. It appears the micro SD slot works, but is simply upside down compared to every other micro SD slot I have ever used. I thought it was broken. Otherwise the machine appears to work as advertised.Update: Unfortunately, the "G" key is not right, and is permanently pressed so a slight tough activates it without the solid click the rest of the keyboard exhibits. This is a bummer, given I have already installed and activated hundreds of dollars of software licenses that I cannot re-install on a replacement machine. Bummer.

Laptop is extremely underpowered and operates rather poorly, had an issue with this brand prior and the offered me a 20% discount on this purchase, even while it was on sale and with the discount, it came out just shy of $200, thats the absolute most I would consider paying for it and even then at that price youd be better off with some chromebooks.Update: CPU usage is always 100%, constant freezing, havnt even had 1 week and done with it, returning this. NEVER buy from this company, quality is some of the worse I have ever seen.
