Every year it’s a tradition, I send my mom a fruitcake. She loved this fruitcake and asked me to please choose this one again next year. My mom and her fiancé ate 1/2 of this cake in 1 night because it was so delicious.

We had enjoyed this cake earlier this year and it was delicious. Very fresh and moist. We received this cake 2 weeks ago, but did not open it until yesterday, planning to serve it to guests last night. I became suspicious when it had a coupon that expired November, 2019. Unfortunately, based on our earlier experience, I had already bragged to our guests, some of whom were anti-fruitcakeites, that it would change their minds forever about fruitcake. It was awful. Dry, stale and a total disappointment. It must have been cooked months and months ago. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it and I will never order another one.

A little bit too dry for me. And I love pecans in my cakes.

Cake was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself. It is so dry and tasteless. Looks dried out and makes me think it was stored or frozen for a long time. I am very disappointed as I was reluctant to spend so much on such a small cake anyway. But, I’m turning 80 in a few days and decided to splurge.

If you are a fruitcake fan (I read that only 11% of Americans are), you will LOVE this Texas pecan cake. If the candied fruits are what you don’t like about fruitcake - you might actually like this product.I have had a lot of fruitcake and this is my new go-to. Delicious!

This was delicious, full of fruit and nuts. I will definitely buy this again and cannot wait to sample this pecan cake in the future! Only issue was the price for me, so will have to wait a while before I buy it again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this. I would have enjoyed it more if I had just set my money on fire. Really bad!
