This 26-inch Aputure Lantern has become one of my most-reached-for light modifiers. If you need soft, omni-directional light that wraps beautifully around your subject, this is it. If I could own only one Aputure modifier, this is it. The lantern is super easy and quick to set-up by putting one end on the ground and depressing the top, causing the metal spines to bend into great curves as they inspire the translucent globe. Assembly hooks inside reach toward their goal of the brass ring, which in reality is a chrome rod. One, more PUSH, there! (It's a LOT easier than it sounds) A beautiful illuminated sphere that makes the moon its b*itch. The standard Bowens mount fits my Amaran 200 XS's or SX's . . . whatever I have one on right now downstairs. It's Aputure; I automatically infer great quality and this lantern is no exception. It packs into such a small bag and comes with a super-useful flag/reflector attachment.

I absolutely enjoy using this softbox. Personally I think it's adorable looking but it takes up little room. The diffuser light is so soft and dreamy. Thank you Think Media for your YouTube videos. You turned me on two great choices for my new studio. I would suggest this product to anyone with setting up a studio or want something easy to transport. It comes with a real nice duffle bag too!

I am very pleased with the size and ease of setup with this. I will likely get a second one.

I use this for lighting almost everything from photo shoots to moody dinner table scenes in videos. It replaced my 48" parabola diffuser in most situations, due to it's much smaller size and much faster assembly. It takes half a minute to get it out of the case and onto a light, and another half a minute if you are using the skirt. I had a small issue with one of the flexible spines bending in the wrong direction when assembling it the first few times, but it has since corrected itself.

Excelente apoyo para mejorar la calidad y control de la iluminación. Es importante considerar el espacio disponible en el estudio ya que aunque es de mucha ayuda y mejora considerablemente las posibilidades de iluminación, ocupa espacio y en caso de no tenerlo en este momento, existen otras posibilidades que simulen los mismos resultados.

Todo estuvo bien con la entrega y la calidad del producto es buena pero venía sin funda por lo que tuve que iniciar el proceso de devolución
