The media could not be loaded.  I'm missing one of my plastic tubes for the water pump to the condenser the plastic tube you gave me doesn't even fit on the condenser there's no gasket for the thumper now I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure there should be a gasket on that Thumper it's going to be hard for metal to metal to be airtight and the biggest selling point for this whole thing was all the lines were made of copper every single picture on your page product whatever shows copper tubing I received stainless steel the only reason I went with your model was the copper tubing so I'm missing a gasket I'm missing a rubber hose and I'm missing copper tubing is anybody going to make this right

It looks good and I hope it works goodJust fully unboxed the still and its missing a few thingsTHE thumper seal is missing and so is the thermometer and the copper tubing with the 2 connector things and I really wish you could either send me the missing pieces or I will have no choice but to return the product
