Women's, Teen, Adult Classic Elastic 3, 4, 5 Layered Tulle Tutu Skirt

This is perfect if you want to put it under a skirt for extra "poofiness". The color was exactly as shown and the size was no issue with the waistband being stretchy. It was comfortable, but did feel a little cheap, which for the price makes sense. It's good and gets the job down, but never used it as a normal tutu, but something to be layered.

The quality, color, and comfort are absolutely perfect! It's beautiful, light, and full of volume!

OK - it stinks! Not sure of what, but P-ewwww as other have said. I first soaked it in dish soap and vinegar and 2nd soak in soap and baking soda - fingers crossed! Water dark gray both times (maybe dye? or stinky stuff? or both?). I don't care about that so much as long as I can destroy the stench! It's like it came out smelling bad so makers decided to drench it in cheap perfume to mask the odor. Not really fishy to me, but..... Stinky part aside, the crinoline itself seems well enough made. I had hoped for a bit longer, but there weren't many options and above the knee crinolines all seemed to be this 16" length. It is longer on me than the model and my photo shows it about to my knees but that is camera angle. I am 5'5" and from my waist to top of my knees is about 20". but because it flares - it looks about 3 inches above my knees. I have a 30" waist and this fits very comfortably BUT has a lot of stretch. I did not measure the give, but the seller description is probably accurate. And it would fit a smaller waist as well. All seems to be accurate, they just don't mention the off putting aroma. I'd buy again as I'm sure smell will at least dissipate with washings and airings.

We bought this to use for extra volume under a dress. My daughter's theme dress was 1600's and she didn't wanted to wear a large skirt, so we went with this cute tutu and it it did the job perfectly! We bought the 3 layers

This skirt was really pretty, but there were four things wrong with it.First, It had only a short black skirt under it, so I had to wear shorts.Second, the fabric was really itchy. That was another reason I had to wear shorts.Third, when I opened the packaging, the skirt smelled fishy. It was not as strong as some of the reviews said, but I still hung it up to air out. Luckily, that got the smell out.Lastly, the skirt felt like it was going to rip because it was made from such cheap material.Once I had solved all the issues, (or at least three of them) the skirt was really pretty. It's great for one use, like a Halloween costume, but otherwise I would go with a more expensive skirt of better quality.

Wore for Halloween! Nice quality and not flimsy. Comfortable fit! Long length.
