I gave this stackable doll set to a great niece. She was so excited when she saw that you could open each doll to reveal another one!

Made in China, terrible knock off. Poorly made, very hard to line images up due to poor cutting.

Was very satisfied with the quality. I have two other nesting dolls purchased in Moscow, and this one compares well with them. Is a gift for a 4 year old girl and she really enjoys putting them together and taking them apart.

Got this for my 2 yr.old grandaughter and she loves it, only thing is the pieces are tightly stuck together and I have to pull them apart for her. Hopefully in time they will loosen up alittle and she can do it herself.

Very difficult for a 4 year old to undo. Edges should be better oiled or filed smooth.

Many reviewers claimed to have had problems with these sets, such as pieces not fitting together, bad paint jobs, and/or the wood being cracked on some of the dolls. Just as a precaution, I ordered two exact sets, thinking that would provide me with a better chance of being able to put together one complete set that had no damage or problems. I'm glad I did, because there were some paint and finish problems on some of the dolls, and one of the dolls was cracked, but with two sets, I was able to put together one set that was actually acceptable to gift to my granddaughter, and I'm returning the damaged set, with a note describing everything that is wrong with it -- hopefully, that will prevent them from sending it out to someone else. These are cheap knockoff dolls made in China -- better to buy the ones actually made in Russia or Ukraine, which really are not that much more expensive, considering the difference in quality and workmanship you get for the money.
