We have a 1920 four square home. The large living room has no air movement when the AC or heat is not running and it becomes stuffy very fast. We try to stick with items that match the age of the home. So, when looking for ceiling fans, tiffany glass was a must. We ordered 2 of these to replace the hanging light fixtures. No pull chains means not having to have a chain so low that I can reach it while it whacks everyone else in the head.The first one we opened was in perfect shape. It has been hung as seen in the picture. It gives off an awesome amount of airflow and is super quiet. The light is very bright so you can see whatever you need to see. My neighbors were over last night and was so impressed she even asked for the link. They also own an old home and try to stay with things that would fit into the time period of their home.The second one when opened we found the glass had broken and the frame bent on the glass shade. I had contacted Amazon to do a return so we could get another one ordered but the return process wasn't what we normally see. After contacting customer service I was made aware it was because it is not shipped by Amazon but by the seller directly. I contacted the seller to see if it was possible to get just the shade sent instead of having to return the entire thing and order a new one. Since they do not have just the shades at their warehouse they shipped a new one before even responding.Shout out to the company for their awesome customer service! We love the quality of the fan for a much more reasonable price than the other tiffany style fans we had been looking at. If you want a stylish, quiet fan that had a remote instead of pull chains, and doesn't break the bank, this is the one you need.

I loved this beautiful Tiffany style globe on a ceiling fan concept despite it not being very bright. If like me U had a prev ceiling fan lt combo, because the Tiffany style is opaque, U lose 60% of the lt output U had with the traditional one. It was so beautiful I didn't mind, up until the entire lt portion quit working. I had the electrician back out who installed it, but he could not find any reason for it other than it being a cheap component and there wasn't anything in particular he could fix. It would have to go back to the manufacturer. However, because it took me awhile to get it installed, by the time I had a problem it was past when I could return or even exchange it. 🙃

Screws missing and the instructions were not for this fan. Even if they were the printing was so small and useless . You better have some knowledge of fans or you will have a lot of fun.
