I am very pleased with this product. I read many of the reviews and was hesitant because so many people said they were missing pieces or it didn't look like the picture advertised, but I decided to get it anyway since at the time of my purchase it was heavily discounted. I actually bought 2 sets just in case they were missing pieces. It is true as others have said that the instruction book can be confusing as it doesn't explain that you can either make 6 individual small things or use all the pieces to make one larger castle. Both my boxes had all their pieces, and I asked a clever friend if he could put it together for me and incorporate both sets. This is what he came up with and I'm so pleased with it. My daughter is getting this for her 4th birthday, so I wanted it already assembled for her to play with instead of for her to do the assembling. The toy people I have for her to use are just at 2 inches tall. Anything bigger than that I feel wouldn't work well with the overall space and furniture size.

My daughter and her friends spent a whole afternoon to play with it. There are so many cool designs to do with it. In the end of the manual is how to build the dream castle the box shows, so go directly to the end of the manual if this is what you want to build. The instruction is easy to follow for an adult, but a little difficult for 6-yr old kids.

I received a defective product with 50 missing pieces to complete this castle. It was only after putting all the pieces together that I realized it was defective. Since the product has already been used, it cannot be returned. I'd like to get a refund, but I can't because it's not an Amazon product. I don't even want to order a new one because it's going to be defective. I hope you don't waste your money.

These Lego kits are for my granddaughters for Christmas. I know they will love them.

I got this for our granddaughter for Christmas. She’s 4. It seems according to my daughter and son in law, that you can make different houses by taking it apart, but at that age it’s difficult unless the child plays with legos constantly and is a wiz at it.
