Good photocuring resin; buy it if you need tougher resin
I bought this resin for a project that would use gears. My printer is a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k 6.1".The bottle is really nice - just like the image, it's an aluminum bottle with a stout security lock. It also has a secondary gasket-like lid on the inside to prevent spills if the lid isn't fully secured, which is quite nice. The bottle is a lot higher quality than the standard bottles Elegoo and Anycubic provide. The resin itself has a pretty typical smell to it (the kind of "envelope glue smell common with photocuring resins) that permeates the room it's operating in to a just barely noticeable degree. It seems to be kind of moderate viscosity - it's thinner than standard Elegoo, thicker than standard Anycubic. As the Sonic Mini 4k has a mono LCD, I can usually print resins like Elegoo and Anycubic with 2.5s layer curing times. This resin seems to handle 3.5s cure times pretty well, which is a substantial increase when we're talking thousands of layers, but it's the tradeoff you make for the enhanced mechanical properties. DR.3D also recommends a 30-60s initial layer curing time. I split the difference at 45s, and that seemed to work great. Otherwise, with all other settings identical to how I'd print Elegoo or Anycubic standard resins, it seems to print fine.As for the strength, while these high-strength resins are marketed as "ABS-like", I'd describe it more as PLA. It's a LOT more compliant than normal UV resin, but it will still snap if it's put under too much stress. This makes it awesome for stuff like small gears with a low load.Of note, due to a heat wave, I've been printing this resin in a room that's around 92F. The typical operating range for UV resins is 68F-86F, so this is outside of its operational range, but it seems to cure just fine regardless.

Fantastic Resin, Strong, High Detail, Low Smell
Everything about this resin I like, there is literally no con other than it's not free!!Picture is slightly deceiving, in hand the color is lighter gray, the picture makes it look a little darker than it is.- It prints easily, needing few augmenting supports and can get away with small tip sizes, down to 0.12mm came out well, probably smaller but that's the smallest on this model.- It is very strong, having good impact resistance and significant bend before breakage. I can bend a 3mm post more than 90 degrees before it snaps, about 120-130 degeres. I bent the same piece multiple times in both directions to 90, before finally testing to failure and still achieved the 120 or so.- It is a slower layer time resin, needing 3.3 seconds for 25um on a Sonic 4k (not the mini), this would translate to about a 3.1 layer time at 25um on an E10 or Saturn. 50um is 4.4 seconds on Sonic 4k, so around 4.2 or 4.1 on E10 or Saturn.- It tolerates ZOOOMIES and normal speeds well :P The picture Druid and Barbarian models were printed at 200mm/m lift/retract with no slow zone and the Kirin was printed at 100mm/m lift/retract.- It tolerates 70f ambient without issue. Many resins do, but some don't, so figured I'd mention it.- Detail level is on par or better than all the other usual detail focused consumer resins out there; Epax Hard, Siraya Sculpt/Fast Navy, zMUD etcThis is by far my new favorite ABS like resin on the market out of the readily available options. It has more in common with engineering resins from liqcreate or the other premium manufacturers than the typical mass produced ABS like resins.Would buy again: Guaranteed I will, yes. In fact, if you want it, buy it. I'm going to transition my store to this as my primary resin.Would recommend to noob printer: 100%Would recommend to salty vet printer looking for that "perfect fit" general use resin: 100%

This is now my GO TO ABS like WHITE resin!!!
First of all, the package design is very well done. Ive received bottles in the past with cracked edges and the packaging on this resin is done very well.Second, I got this resin to try and get a more durable print for my miniatures and larger pieces. The resin is WAAAAYY stronger and more durable than others I have tried. I dropped the "horned girl" and a small dino piece and the pieces did not break. (Not a very high drop might i add but non the less, the pieces held nicely). Finally, the color. The white of this resin is almost fake looking....but really cool. This resin is brighter that other ABS like White resins that i have tried in the past. Its almost like a pure white. Even after curing pieces a bit to long, i was very pleased to see the color still held. You will have to tweak the exposure on your printer. (At least i did) Due to the fack that the white is so opace, i had to add 1 additional bottom layer on my prints and i had to bump up the exposure of my prints by 1/2 a sec. With that being said, for what I am doing it is no big deal and I am able to easily work around it and get the results I want. I have played with several different exposure times on my Anycubic Mono X and the results are pretty much always the same. Overall I am very happy with the resin and I am already getting ready to purchase another bottle.

This new "ABS like" resin is worth a try
I print functional parts and need an resin I can drill and tap. My go to resin is the Weistek ABS like resin. Then I decided to give the DR.3D resin a try because it's priced lower than Weistek. I was pleasantly surprised how well this printed on my Phrozen Mighty 4k printer. Best results was a 3.5 seconds exposure time.. This is a true BLACK resin as many "Black" resins end up with a blue tint.

Shrinkage and never could get it to stick to the build plate.
Too hard to make stick to the build plate after several water attempts. Also not truly opaque.

Product arrived leaking, and clearly opened
Would love to say that I tested this and it was awesome, but the product arrived looking like it had been opened, and with a leak or spill on the side of the bottle. Given that this isnt the friendliest stuff to be handling, that was pretty disappointing.

Disappointed
Got this due to price and the price shows. I normally use esun and that stuff is amazing. I make parts for customer and this have already had 2 failed prints in a row. Did setting changed everything. This stuff doesnt bond right and deformed while printing.
