It. Really. Works.
Don't really care for the chirping on the highest level, but after 1 day of use in my small RV trailer (I know it says to wait at least 3 weeks for full effect), I noticed a significant 90-95% reduction of roaches and other bugs like fleas (I have dogs). This device is well worth the money.

No difference to possibly more bugs
Apartment life sucks when it comes to roaches. I was hoping this would work to at least keep them coming to our kitchen but it just seems like things got worse.Decided to wait a few weeks to review just in case it had a delayed affect. It did not.EDIT: While I already had this at 1 star, I've had the thing plugged in in the kitchen. Ive kept it on the 2nd setting (3rd is loud).CAN CONFIRM. DEFINITELY DOES NOT WORK. I went to do dishes and saw 2 antenna sticking out behind it. I grabbed it and apparently they are living in that socket and a bunch ran out.I'm traumatized. So don't buy this POS.

Easy to use
The repeller is very small and light. The sound has three levels. The first two levels are very quiet, but the third level has an audible sound. I like to use the middle level. Easy to use and carry around. No pests so far.

Keeps the wife happy!
It may or may not keep the roaches away, but it sure does keep my wife off my back! After hearing her complain about random spiders, and rogue roaches, I went and bought quite a few of these. However, I also spray treat my home, so it's hard to tell if these are effective or not. I would say the height of your outlets do matter. The highest setting is unusable around people and animals (it hurts our ears). Like I said, though, these were bought in an attempt to give my wife peace of mind; so it is definitely worth it as a placebo! However, even though I still see random insects appear (there are fewer spiders though), I do know for a fact frequency machines work. It's just we live in South Louisiana, and insects are a part of daily life. The roaches down here are built like tanks. B.t.w., One of the units did come defective.

Works, believe it or not
So I purchased this product not expecting it to work. We use pest control around our house quarterly but we have a screened-in porch that still will end up with spiders up high and other minor pests at times. I wanted to see if it ready worked and placed it on the deck. Note that this item is larger and I needed to use a power strip to place it in a good location. I noted three live spider webs with spiders on the deck and didn't clean them up like I normally do. I plugged in the unit and let it be. It doesn't work instantly but within a week or two and I could not find a spider or pest on the deck anywhere. This is designed for the long term, not quick removal. I will likely get another one for the garage now that I have tested it out. IT WORKS!

I don’t think it works
I have mice still in my garage with it running all the time

Best Value Repeller
Seems to be working well. It does not make any audible sound to humans or dogs on the first 2 settings. Have not had to use the third setting. It lights up to let you know it is on and working. Was a great price and purchased this one based on other reviews. Plug it in put the switch to one of the settings and you are good to go.

Does not work on flies and mosquitos.
It's been on level 2 for 2 days. I'm sitting 4ft from the device and a mosquito is having a go at me. Just gives a false sense of security. Level 3 is not an option because the sound is highly irritating for people and pets. Will be returning this.
