I used to be a nail biter. Then I would pick at my cuticles, pick off my nail polish or just fidget. This ring is perfect. I never realized how much of my anxiety came out through my hands. This ring has given me something to mess with and play with when I get anxious. Cannot suggest this ring enough to anyone with restless hands or anxiety

This creaply made it not sterling silver is plastic that is coded you can bend it easily while putting it on your finger. I wouldn't have bought this for $5 dollars at a store.

I was told about this product from a nurse at the blood donor center when I tried to donate blood but couldn't because my anxiety causes me to pick at my fingers sometimes without me realizing I'm doing it. When I got this product I put it on immediately and it does make a difference. I have found it easier to take the ring off and manipulate the balls like that. My fingers look so much better and I'm not trying to hide them in public. Also I have sensitive skin and cheap metals will break my skin out and this doesn't effect my skin.

I really like the ring and the quality is actually very nice but unfortunately the sizing is extremely off. I am always a 7 and this was too big. I wish I would have known to size down to a 6!

I don’t often write reviews but I’m so happy with this, it’s a beautiful little ring. Very bright pretty silver, and the balls spin very easily and smoothly - no seam for them to snag on. Great inconspicuous fidget in public when I don’t want to carry my fidget cube.I recommend looking up a size guide online and measuring a ring you already have to get the size you want for that particular finger. Size 8 fits my thumb well with a little room for spinning.

Ring is too thin. Thought it would of Been a thcker ring. The ring Bends easy. Its tiny. Disapointed.

I saw this ring on line but I didn’t trust the website, so I searched and found it on Amazon. The first one I ordered broke because it was a bit too small so I quickly ordered myself a second one. I wear it on my thumb and it helps me while I am driving to stay alert and focused.
