This tea is awesome! I use it once or twice a week. It can be used everyday. They are packaged as individual tea bags. I use one tea bag per a 12 oz cup of water. It's prepared as you would regular tea. Steep in hot water for approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the strength you like. It has a pleasant woody taste. You can sweeten it with honey but I like my tea plain.

Unfortunately, this product is not gluten-free.
