Great except for the loud beep every minute
I am really big on self-care, pampering, and alternative methods so I use a lot of light therapy devices. I think some of these also ties into the placebo type of fact and since we create our realities with our minds and our beliefs, I choose to believe in this type of technology which I feel makes them work for me. I mainly use them on my face for anti-aging and anti-inflammatory things, But I know many use for pain or other things. I've been having a lot of issues with my feet lately which I am healing spiritually regarding my foundation. This is a pretty lightweight device and later than I expected it to be. The cord is fairly long, but because it goes on the floor I would prefer something extra long since it's not always easy to find an outlet close by where you are sitting or lying down. I actually prefer to lie in my bed propped up watching shows, and I have been propping this up to put my feet on it. I was using it every day with intentions of detoxing my body and healing my feet. This type of technology you really have to use consistently and everyday and sometimes people don't notice things until they've used them daily for weeks or even months. I don't think a lot of this is meant to be a quick fix. It's pretty simple since all you do is turn the power on by holding the button in. It has a timer for 25 minutes. Unfortunately, I can't use it long-term because it beeps every single minute of the countdown from 25 minutes down. I was actually surprised about it and I'd have no idea why it has that feature that I'm not seeing any way of turning it off. It sounds like when a smoke detector battery is starting to go dead and you hear that annoying chirp from the other room. The reason I can't use it is because it scares my dog so badly that she goes and hides in the other room and even potties on the floor. She went through a traumatic experience when this happened with a smoke detector and beeped every minute and she was next to me when I was changing the battery and I accidentally hit the button where it went off so loudly she just has severe trauma now. So, anytime there is any device or situation where it gives off a similar sound to the beeping she cowers and can't handle it. I actually really love this, and would absolutely adore it if it didn't have the beep. Even if she wasn't scared of it and traumatized it's a really irritating noise. So, hopefully they come out with a model without the beep and I would be all over it.

Not sure if it’s really helping
I have neuropathy in my feet fairly bad and I’m always looking for more natural ways to help combat the pain. I was excited to try this unit out. I’ve been using it for about a month now at least once or twice a day. I have size 16 men feet, so I was afraid this was not going to be big enough as most items created for your feet are not for my size. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a large area of lights for you to place your feet. Mine fit on there perfectly. I noticed some other reviews talked about the extra light shining up in their eyes, which I could see with smaller feet to be an issue. My size 16 works perfectly. :-) While using the product I could feel a little bit of a tingly feeling in my feet more than the typical neuropathy. However I’m not sure it helped a whole lot in decreasing my pain in the long run. One thing that I’m not crazy about is this unit beeps every minute with a loud beep. It’s a little annoying. I will continue to use it to see if any further results are noticed. So far I’m not sold on this product in helping with my pain condition personally.

Not soothing. Need to block the light that shines around the foot.
You basically plug this in, put your feet on the lights, and do a long-touch to the power button. It will turn on and count down visibly (on a display between your feet) and with an audible beep each minute. The foot area is 11.5" long and 4" wide for each foot and fit my dad's large feet perfectly. But even with his large feet, light brightly shines around the side of the foot. It's much worse with my smaller (size 9.5) feet or my mother's even smaller (size 7) feet. You hit the power button while in a position where this light shines directly at your eyes. We ended up putting a towel around the feet to help block this light. With the towel, your feet get warm quickly and stay toasty. However, without it, it took more than 6 minutes to feel warm. Also, old injuries throbbed rather than felt soothed. I own 3 red-and-near-infrared therapeutic devices by different brands, and all feel wonderful--not like this. So I wasn't really impressed.

Hurts my eyes/not sure if helps feet
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks. I’m still not sure that it does anything to help my sore feet. When I turn it on, it the timer sets for 25 minutes. The lights are VERY bright. It hurts my eyes to look right at it—so I try to not do that. I try to cover as many of the lights with my feet as I can. After a few minutes, it warms up slightly from the lights, but otherwise, it’s not particularly comfortable, to rest my bare feet on the cold plastic. Once I stayed a little too long—like the full 25 minutes, and afterward, I felt like my feet were a little sunburned—even though they were not red. I’m just not sure this is doing anything.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you.

Is it working?
My husband has diabetic neuropathy and he'll try just about anything to keep it from getting worse. At first, he thought this red light device might be helping. After several months of daily use, he is not so sure that its really doing anything. He will keep using it though just in case. It certainly hasn't made anything worse. I think we will take the suggestion from another review and throw a towel over his feet to block the light that escapes around his feet because it can be quite blinding.
