Super sharp! I love that the blades are micro-serrated so that they grip as they cut. These scissors cut very well, through all kinds of meats, bones, woody vegetables, no problem! And when it's time to clean, they pop open with a simple twist, no tools required ever. These are built to last

Quality product.
Its my second pair in 7 years, eventually the ruberized handle on the first cracked, I still keep them at home for use but bought a new pair for the kitchen as they are the best shears on the market. Particularly if you break a lot of lobster or crabs.
