The size medium chest would be 42 but I would need more information about her size overall. She is very short so the sizes will be very long on her. There is elastic at the footie but it will bag at the ankles.

We do not have a waist band version any longer.

I think it would be too long, but your butt & tatas might help fill it up and not have it too long. Plus, you could always roll the ankles!
