You still should tape the seams
The foam is comfortable and easy to assemble but the pieces have a tendency to separate during use. I used duck tape on the backside and the panels now stay together.You get enough edging pieces so that you don't get a "puzzle edge" on the sides.It was simple enough to cut the panels to size with a utility knife and a long straight edge (my space didn't fit an even number of panels)

Large ‘easy to put together’ mat!
These are great mats for underneath a piece of workout equipment or for working out on in general. The shape lends itself to that type of activity. Or just as a mat for your crazy doggie to play on :) good quality, nice large tiles.

Easy to use and very cushiony! Just have a slick feel to bare feet when you first get them
Used these under a weight bench at home. They are super easy to use, but at first when you use them they are a bit slick due to a residue on them. Wonder if its from the manufacturing process.Can't complain much though. They are very cushioned! Works well.
