Great air conditioner!
This is my first time ever buying an air conditioner and I’m super satisfied with this one! I got the 8,000 BTU and it worked perfect for my cabin on a camping trip and kept me and my family cool. It has the option of air conditioning, dehumidifying and just fan and they all work great. I have used it in my bedroom which is a bit of a larger room and I’ve noticed it doesn’t cool as great as it does in a smaller room. I would recommend getting the 10,000 btu if you are trying to cool a bigger room in your house. I am still very satisfied with the product. The installation was difficult for me with the foam pieces and the other plastic attachments that form together for the window won’t fit in my window so I just use the piece with the hole. The remote works well too. The air conditioner doesn’t make much noise at all and if it does I think the issue is it just needs to be drained which I’ve been doing frequently to keep it intact for as long as possible(at least once a week). The air conditioner itself looks great and not tacky and the led light on the front to tell you what temperature it is makes it look higher tech and classy if you will lol. When you turn it on too it’s just like the videos and (excuse my lack of wording lol) air dispenser opens up automatically and it looks so cool! My only wish is I wish it had handle bars for carrying up and down stairs but it has wheels that I’m happy about. There’s sorta pockets on the machine to carry it kinda but they’re not the best for carrying. My overall review is for the price- the quality is outstanding and you would’ve thought this was a 500-600 dollar air conditioner. It took me months trying to figure out which air conditioner was worth it and this one definitely is.

LOVE IT
This is an amazing portable AC. It’s not loud at all, it cools our room very well and it’s amazing and exactly what we needed.

Worth the investment
This is our second summer using this AC and it’s been worth every penny! It’s super easy to use, on really hot days we wheel it to the living room and it keeps our kitchen and living room at a comfortable temp. Then in the evening we put it in our room and it keeps it very cold. Being able to move it back and forth so easily is really really nice! The only thing that was hard to get use to is when it is running the fan is always going but the ac portion will turn on and off as the room gets to cools to temp or warms back up; when the ac turns off it is very loud and would wake me during my sleep every time it happened. I eventually got use to it though and that doesn’t bother me. It is also very loud in general but that’s to be expected with a unit like this.

Incredible Support!
I had an issue with the first unit as it made a clunk sound every time the compressor shut off. The compressor itself is really not too loud unless you have sensitive heating. All AC compressors make noise. However, the clunk on compressor shut off was not normal. Contacted support using the toll free number on the side of the machine and get this…an ACTUAL person answered! New unit was shipped immediately and a return label for the old machine was sent via email. Only difficulty was shipping it back because it’s pretty heavy (63 lbs). Fortunately I caught the FedEx driver as he was delivering to a neighbor. Overall, the new machine works well and most importantly, doesn’t make that clink sound anymore. I can’t say enough good stuff about the customer service for this company!UPDATE: The unit stopped working just over a year after purchase. The unit turns on, I can hear what sounds like the compressor running, but it does not blow any cold air. Basically I just have a very expensive fan now. Not even sure how to get rid of it since it’s probably an environmental hazard to just toss it in the garbage. I will steer clear of this brand if I buy another. Customer support was great at the beginning. But, once they get a positive review from you they won’t care.

Fantastic, get cold instantly!
Fantastic, gets cold instantly! This has saved us this summer. We couldn't afford to repair our A/C , so we are using this. Even on really hot days it is a great help. Its not to noisy at all and it is very easy to install, you just slide it into the window and that's it, no screws or drilling. Great addition to the house, it also looks very stylish!

Flawed, yet cools a small room nicely
My 2 only complaints:1. When you run the unit for a more than 15 minutes, it develops a loud clattering noise. No amount of adjusting its level, repositioning the air hose, moving it around etc. seemed to fix it. I even took it apart to see if something had come loose. It seems that the exhaust blower fan is slightly misaligned with plastic housing and so when it heats up, the blower hits the assembly and make a lot of racket.Since it made the room cool, I just got used to the noise, and in year 2 of operation, either the noise is considerably less, or I've just become used to it.2. The thermostat on the unit does not work very well. If I set it for 70º F, it will cool the room to 70º F, but then keep running and running until I cycle the power. Then it does the right thing for awhile. Often, it won't turn on when the room warms up again, so once again, I have to cycle the power. Every once in awhile it just works as expected but more often than not I have to power cycle it.The good:It keeps my room very cool, and it was slightly easier to install that the Pinguino I've got in a different room. A decent stop gap until I get central air installed in the house.

Perfect for a room
This air-conditioner is perfect room size. We’ve been in our house 29 years and never had to purchase one. Ceiling fans always worked, especially at 6800 ft above sea level. Well this year was different, with temps reaching close to 99 outside. We were finally able to sleep in comfortable temps My husband turns it on at 4pm, and we are comfortable by the time we got to bed at 8:30-9pm. Off again we we get up at 5am!Great little machine and east to install 😊
