My 30lb border collie loves to gnaw on this thing. There's teeth marks all over it after a few weeks of use, but it's in no danger of breaking or fragmenting. Still as solid as when I took it out of the package. You can just definitely tell it's been getting plenty of use, so don't bank on it looking brand new for long.

My dog is an aggressive chewer and I thought this would be strong enough to last. Not even 10 minutes and he ripped the top off. Had to throw it away so he wouldn't swallow the material. And he's a small dog, definitely wouldn't even try on a larger dog.

I would consider this a good purchase. My dog is a 50lb Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog. Aggressive chewers. Chews on anything allowed(or not). Regardless, he has had this for almost two months now and it has finally started to break away. Of all the toys he has had, this has proven to last the the longest. Given the material and quality in which it's made, I was able to trim off what he has broken free and still allows him to chew on it. The part torn is the top rim of the boot. This toy should last at least another month. I'm happy with this purchase, will recommend along with continue for future purchases.

I had hoped from the description that this might last a week or two, but when I went to check on him an hour after giving him the toy there were pieces of it scattered around the yard. It looked reasonably well made, but wasn't able to stand up to real use.

This dog toy is not a good toy for large dogs and heavy chewers like it advertises. The rim around the top is easily chewable and the dog can swallow pieces of the rubber. Its not that durable. The media could not be loaded.  My dog is a 95lb German shepherd dog and he likes it very much. The rubber is strong and heavy. Very good for aggressive chewers. Unlike other rubber toys I tried, this one has No strange small. Highly recommended!

My dog absolutely loves this chew toy and it's more than durable. Having said that, she chews on it so long that there is a constant flow of saliva dripping out of her mouth, and running down the toy. Don't let your dog chew this on furniture or a rug. It will be soaked. That's really my only complaint. I'm seriously thinking about throwing it away because of this though.

This boot is HEAVY and very durable. Mt monster husky git this for Christmas..almost a month now, and it still resembles a boot. Actually he's only been able to chew a small piece off the top of the boot. I will add , if you plan to Plat fetch with it, make sure it doesn't hit any other pets or land on anything or anyone. It will hurt! DEFINITELY HUSKY PROOF!
