Does this screen work with the projector set to rear / flip and sitting / positioned behind the screen not with the audience in front of the screen?

Yes it will as it’s material. The plastic frame and feet not very sturdy though. Doesn’t stand up straight, we had to tie it down. We bought this to show the World Cup last year. Think there must be better available

What height is the assembled frame? Is it 87” as per the picture or 90” as per the description?

Is the legs plastic or all aluminum as states aluminium but reviews say plastic ?

Hi There, The one of these that i have received has aluminium posts with plastic interconnects that link all of the aluminium posts together the “legs” are made from 3 aluminium posts on each leg which have plastic connectors to join them together. The feet are aluminium with holes for using tent pegs to secure them but i have found that it is better to also add some weights to sit over the feet too. Hope that helps.
