If you value customer service and quality products, there's no need to look elsewhere. I had a slight issue with a sheet which was dealt with efficiently and courteously, first-rate in all respects. The product (King Size sheet) is well priced and a quality product. Others have mentioned issue with softness, but to be honest, I think it would be extremely difficult to find a better product at this price. Highly recommended.

This is good value for money and fits the deeper mattresses that are sold now.It washes well and is comfortable. Given 4 stars as a bit less luxurious in texture than I was expecting, but for this price I’m very happy

Superb quality and so comfortable, I have a deep mattress and find it hard to find sheets to fit this is great

Very disappointed. After ONE wash the sheet went all bobbly in places. ( where I lay) I would have expected a sheet with such a high cotton score to have stayed smooth for more than one wash!!

It's good to start off with, but then the stitching becomes useless and I'm starting to find a lot of rips. But hey, that's the price you pay! And the quality has diminished too
