I really wanted to like these Sketchers loafers but the fit is just very odd. I've had multiple pairs of Hey Dude loafers and have loved every pair I've ever owned. I really like the look of these Sketches and the price point was more affordable vs. Hey Dude so I thought I'd give them a shot. They look great and are comfortable, but for some reason the tongue is very weirdly designed, it puts excessive downward pressure on to your foot, and the toe box isn't tall enough. I can't wiggle my toes in these shoes because their isn't enough vertical height to. I've never had a pair of loafers like this. I wear wide shoes and the width is great, the length is great, but their isn't enough vertical height in these shoes. How do you mess that up?

... for walking around town or at the office with jeans or chinos. I like the way these match up with my jeans and I can wear them with shorts. The insole is very comfortable as I had suffered with plantar fasciitis. The biggest test was walking around London and Paris for a week. With 20,000 steps a day these shoes handled the trip like a champ. It was even comfortable on the trans-Atlantic flight to and from. They're subdued so they can be worn with anything... I even wore them to a symphony concert in London and still looked the part. No regrets here.

I'm guessing these aren't new, even though they were packed properly in the right box. I received 2 left shoes - 1 size 8 and 1 size 11. The one I could try on felt comfortable and light. Guess I'll try again...

I was self conscious about buying sketchers because I'm not that old. There weren't any cool looking moccasins like these in the same price range. You can just peel the sketchers logos right off and you have some nice plain mocs!These are probably the most comfortable things I've ever had on my feet! I ordered a second pair already in a smaller size. I usually wear skate shoes so compared to their sizing I thought these ran a little large. I'm normally a 13 and there is no 12.5 so my second pair I ordered a 12. If you don't see an updated review that means the 12's fit great!

I'm not usually a Sketchers buyer but saw style like these at an outlet store but don't have size. I like Moccasin, way to slip on & comfortable which these are. My only issue is different in Color, I attached some photos & it's even more noticeable in the sun. But first day I wore them I noticed a discoloration & tried to put some water on it & go over with a rag, that didn't work, so tried some shout, that didn't work it & it started to get tough where I was just lightly wetting it & rubbing. Anyway think it's a comfortable shoe but it has know become my outside use in garden type shoe, which usually I keep my shoes looking like new for a year at least. So round up it is a comfortable shoe that fits well but be wary of color distortion maybe quicker then expect....
