Citadel Primer is the best imo
I have tried giving the competition a try and they have come up short a couple times. May be a little more pricey than the other guys (*clearing throat noise* Army Painter) and worth it. Provides an even coat on all my patrols. Doesn't matter if I'm working on one model or several, the coat is always even. Easy to use and a great variety of colors to choose from. Most of the color variety also provide perfect match with my small Citadel paint bottles.
