Came with some snags in the stitching. Still holding out strong however!UPDATE: I have had this backpack probably a month or a little more and my zippers already breaking. Looking to contact the supplier / manufacturer. Anyone know how to do that?UPDATE#2: Backpack is complete useless after a month. Zipper is completely broken, inside pockets have fallen off. This bag was used for light carrying to and from work of papers. Nothing heavy.

I purchased this bag for work and day one out of the package the shoulder strap was unraveling. Was such a pretty bag, but very poor quality

I love the design of these backpacks - pretty and unique. I actually bought it in two different colors. One is working fine, but the zipper broke on the other one within a couple weeks of use. They are inexpensive, so I guess it's buyer beware.

THIS PRODUCT LASTED 2 DAYS AND THE ZIPPER BROKE. CHINESE made crap. .

This is my 6th graders backpack for school. She loves it. She loves the design, many pockets, space for water bottle!
