Excellent service
The clock and compass set a nautical theme for spare room/ hobby room for my husband, he was very pleased with it. Unfortunately the item was broken on delivery. I contacted the seller through Amazon email. I didn’t have to return the item only to send a picture and I was sent a replacement. A very quick and easy service. I’m very pleased. Thank you

Broken product
Twice I have received this product with broken glass.I sent the first one back due to glass being fully shattered.And received the second one with cracked glass.

Not great quality
Broke after a few days but I only wanted it for decoration.

Terrible cheap tat.
Arrived unable to change the time so unusable, the clock face is illegible and it just feels cheap and nasty. Asked for a refund/another one and never arrived; avoid.
