Moonrays95751 Low Voltage Metal Deck/Post/Stair Light Fixture with 10-Watt Bulb, Black

I’ve had these installed on my deck for 14 years and they are still going strong! The halogen bulbs they ship with do not last long and consume too much power. I swapped them out with LED G4 fixtures and I was able to add another 10 lights onto the same 300 watt low voltage power supply…I have a total of 15 of these fixtures plus another 8 garden type low voltage lights in the back yard. Highly recommended!

Lights work fine. Clips that hold the lens were not pushed on tight enough and many of the lens were lose as they are held in with silcone and a push on clip. It would also help installation if the electrical wire was 6" longer but, it does have sufficent wire to do the job.

Made my stairs looking good and bright. Love them

April 2012 update: only 2 of 6 fixtures are now working. The bulbs are not burning out so I suspect it is the connectors. Will be replacing with a (hopefully) better product.Attractive fixture and easy to install.Likes:1) Easy to install including the well designed cable connectors.2) Attractive soft white glow.Dislike:Of the 6 lights I installed, one failed within 2 months.

This company makes good quality stuff, but this light is really bulky (it sits off of surface more than the photo conveys).Also, with the plastic shade inside protecting the bulb, it puts off a very bleh, fluorescent-like light. Other items by this manufacturer are excellent.
