A good looking machine , easy to thread but it doesn’t run as smoothly as my old machine

Perfect, portable and solid!
I love this machine! I recently purchased a large Viking embroidery machine, but it was so hard to take the classes. I wanted a smaller machine to take with me. For the price and the features this machine has it is amazing. It is very easy to operate. I don’t have to fuss with the tension. It’s Sousa Street solid seam every time, and I am not having to troubleshoot. I am very pleased with my purchase!!

Didn’t realise when I ordered that this machine is not compatible to uk electricity most disappointed should be told this in description I have returned the machine

This a USA model!
Not quite sure why this is not a UK model sewing machine! Most inconvenient and annoying to find this out as I opened the box! Where does it say this in the description?! NOT HAPPY
