The units are compact and simple to install. However, L, N and E marks are difficult to see when installing in low light conditions. They are small and impressed in the plastic of the connector. Make sure your cable is in correct connection ports. Otherwise, these units are great.

Much smaller and more compact than the last inline cable joints I purchased a few years ago. Good quality too and excellent value at just under £1.80 each inclusive of P&P

These 3-phase AC (mains) cable connectors look and work great! - They are weather-proof (due to the ring rubber inserts, tighting up the cables inside) and much easier to deal with and install than the traditional square-type screw-in links (which you have to isolate and secure from bad weather (rain) anyway, so need a junction box). The bonuses are: 1) the resulting junction link is neat, saves you space and bother for a extra container (box), 2) you can reuse it, because you still fix the cables inside with small screws; 3) plus you cut the 3 wires in same size - which is easier and faster to do than mesuring the length of each depending on your linker size (traditionally 3 cubes in raw).Minus one star - perhaps, it's a minor thing, but the screws used inside these connectors are very tiny, much smaller than the traditional ones. Very easy to lose the srews on the site, while rotating the linker for srewing wires in, one at a time.

Used this for an outside light. They would not be any use on movable flex such as a mower due to the lack of a cord grip, but for permanent outdoor installations they are perfect. Easy to use, (if you use the right screwdriver), and connections are secure. With rubber sealing washers on the body and the flex I can see these lasting well. Could be filled with grease for added protection if required. Very pleased.

Excellent product. Good shape and weather proof for my frequently severed Flymo cable. Much better than the old style square case style.

I use this for the connection of garden lights after the usual nylon block and insulation failed.They are sturdy, and slightly bulky, but do the job. What I had hoped/expected was that once the outer rings are loosened, the input and output wires would just be held by male and female pin and socket. Instead, the wires are held by screw connectors on both sides, so to remove a connector side you need to unscrew the outer and then use a screwdriver to release the three wires...an Amphenol solution would be better and certainly more costly.To deal with the extra bulk of these connectors I found that silicon cable is best..it is highly flexible and allows itself to be pushed into recesses without springing back. This is a real concern when operating in limited areas. Otherwise, this is a satisfactory solution, only improved, as far as I know, by bulkier and more expensive solutions.

Fit for purpose product. Simple idea that saves installing a joint box outside. A bit fiddly to install the wiring into the terminals. I tinned the cable ends to make this easier. These are reusable. Only been installed a few weeks. Good buy.
