Bought a few tools of that brand and they are, including that saw, quite good for a DiYer. The battery (Sold separately) can be shared with all the tools in the range. And there are many! To avoid any frustration when working on a serious project, have at least a couple of 4.0Ah ones (Or bigger) so that one can be charged while you use the other one. I discovered that brand recently and am sold. Delivery by Amazon was excellent as usual.

Needed a (cheap) reciprocating saw for a home demolition job. As I already had comparable batteries and charger(s) for other Einhell appliances. 22mm stroke was more than sufficient for what I required. Bought with spare Bosch heavy use blades. Saw performed admirably. Overall very pleased with it.

I have several "Einhell" battery tools, so this was the go to reciprocating saw, to add to my kit. It works very well & is very handy in all sorts of situations. I consider it a good buy, and it certainly is a lot easier than a hand saw.

been chopping out tree stumps with this for 2 days solid, bent a few blades but it's been spot on, absolutely filthy from being dug into the dirt and it hasn't missed a beat. did have to clean the blade lock to release it a couple of times, but it's still running perfectly

This recip saw is smaller and lighter than others that I've had, but non the worse for that. I haven't used it on any big jobs but it's cut plenty of tree branches and it's quicker than a jig saw when removing old decking for repairs. Most of the Eindhel kit is good, this is no exception.

I've not tried alternatives but find this to be a good tool.There is 1 issue that I believe stops this getting 5* and it is the heat it generates.It gets so hot that it could burn. Touching the actual tool is like touching a hot drill bit. I feel this could be slightly dangerous as it also takes a while to cool.Battery dies fast but its to be expected.

Cumple su función

L'ho preso per tagliare la legna in giardino, volevo eliminare la motosega e i relativi problemi: catena, miscela, candela , rumore etc etc. Devo dire che al momento sono molto soddisfatto, naturalmente consiglio di avere almeno due batterie ( io ne ho 4: 1 einhell e 3 bosch che uso con un adattatore) - Ho preso poi delle lame bosch per legno che fanno bene il loro lavoro. Buono il fatto che si può ruotare per tagliare in orizzontale. L'unica pecca forse il tastino di sicurezza che deve essere premuto per farla partire, leggermente scomodo ma ci si fa l'abitudine.
