I received two bottles I open one I found seal was burnt quickly I open second one was okay luckily first one I opened I saw that other wise if I finish first bottle then I was going to open next time make sure open both bottles to check very disappointed

I really didn’t notice any difference in my mood until I took them daily for about 3 months. It’s truly noticeable! Things just kind of slide off my back. I would highly recommend!

These gummies seem to have a calming effect, but that could be a placebo effect. I'll keep taking them to decide.

It's easy to chew up and swallow, It does work MyVitamin D level in 6 months went from a 20 to 49, So I am back to the normal range.

I track my sleep carefully using a Fitbit Charge 4, and thought I would give this a try to see if it got me to sleep faster. My comments here only relate to sleep, and not any other potential benefits of this supplement. Alas, it didn't consistently get me to sleep earlier. I ended up with a tad more sleep, but it looks like it robbed deep sleep and greatly increased REM sleep. That's not what I was looking for. I like my former combination of these two sleep phases, but would like to get to sleep faster when I go to bed and spend less time in bed to get eight hours. This didn't do the trick for me. Since all bodies are different, it may work better for you, especially if you are deficient in REM sleep. I have no opinion on any of the other possible benefits of Ashwagandha gummies.

Some reviews said the taste like playdoh, but I didn’t think is was a bad taste. They dissolve quick and aren’t sticky.
