I randomly purchased these when they came up on my Amazon search and I's so glad I did. I love sweets & healthy seeds, so I figured I'd give them a try. I'm blown away by how tasty they are! They are sweet, but not overly sweet, since the seeds balance it out with an earthy flavor. They are also much more filling than normal rice crispy treats. I feel like its truly a snack or a dessert rather than sweetened, puffed air.

If I were to rate this snack I would give it a 2/10. I gave it three stars for effort. Its really not something I would buy again but I think preferences play a big part. I have some difficulties with sensory input so on texture I really wasn't liking the seeds in it. I think if they finely ground the seeds it and mixed it in the snacks would be a lot better. Flavor was so-so but that's pretty usual with “healthier” versions of things.

At first I wasn't going to order these because I wasn't sure that my kids were going to eat them and it came with so many I didn't want them to just sit in the pantry. But when they arrived and I put them in the pantry four of them were gone in the first day. They are a healthier version of Rice krispie treats and I love that they incorporate nuts and seeds and healthier ingredients. Try them. You won't be disappointed

I’m shocked people are complaining about these. The seeds add textural interest and a nice bite. It has that classic “rice crispy treat” taste and a similar crunch but not as dense and chewy. These are just so good, and as a vegan I’m so happy to be able to buy a rice treat without having to make it myself. The individual wrappers are great for self control and moderation and I think it’s an awesome sweet treat for 90kcals.

These rice crispy treats are excellent for the family that is looking for a healthy alternative to the regular snack. I have ordered this product many times and the kids love them. They are great if you are on the go and/or want a good snack. They are always eaten when added to school lunches. The kids request them. I highly recommend adding these bars to your grocery list.

I love this for a quick snack. It’s light and healthy and I love that there are no artificial colors in the sprinkles. Great snack for the kids to bring to school.
