Small for cost
I know companies have to make money and shipping keeps going up but....I was disappointed in size of palm for the money. Arrived undamaged and alive.

Palm arrived with dirt outside of container
The dirt was all over the bag on the inside and the plant had very little dirt around it. It was a mess and I couldn't return it even if I wanted it was brown and dirt in bag and the box was damaged

That you cannot rely on pictures
I was exited when my order arrived, until I opened the carton. The plant is tiny, maybe 112 feet tall, it looks nothingLike the picture
