I use these everyday to put my 7yr old contacts in and they are perfect! Here are the steps I follow:I use the tweezers to pick up the lenses from packaging then transfer it to the suction cup holder thing.I then remove some liquid from the lenses by gently touching my wrist, this makes it so the leses don't move as I aproach the eye and gives me more control.I open his eyes and place the lenses, I DO NOT use the suction cup thing to push the lenses. I did that once and the suction got a hold so strong I thought I was going to pluck his eye out. What I do now is place the lenses and use the tip of finger to give it a last push.After almost a year if doing this is the best way to get them in every time! Will definitely buy more when needed!
