Enameled Cast Iron Covered 5.5 Quart Dutch Oven with Dual Handle, Slateblue

Already chipping off in places.

The enamel chipped from the inside of the lid after about 1 month of careful and sparse use and washing. The vendor agreed to a warranty replacement which arrived promptly. The replacement dutch oven was poorly enameled; there were spots that were not enameled and therefore the pot is unsafe to use. Amazon issued a refund. It took two trips to UPS and I have no cast iron dutch oven.

The outside coating on bottom MELTED onto the burner one the 3rd use. The porcelain inside is completely cracked.This Dutch oven awful and dangerous.DO NOT BUYOf course I am outside of the return window so I’m stuck with this unuseable piece of junk.Again, DO NOT BUY

This dutch oven is just the right size for baking sourdough. With 20 to 24 ounces of flour in the recipe the boule fits just nicely into the bottom and is gently supported at the sides making a nice tall loaf. Note that the color turns a deeper red when it is hot but then reverts to the original color when it cools again.

Straight out of the box, didn't even use it. Poor quality.

I bought this pot a few months ago and used it 3 times since. Rust started coming through the center of the pot on the 2nd use. I would really appreciate a replacement, but it was a short return window. Very unhappy about it.

This Dutch oven is just okay! I’m not a fan of the shine. It gets the job done!

I purchased this item last minute as my husband decided to mention how much he wanted one. Since he has used it he has really enjoyed cooking with it. He has made a lot of soups. If you are thinking of purchasing one, I say do it!
