I use this as part of a routine to lower my blood sugar, so it's on auto ship. All 3+ that I've received until today have been in perfect condition. I am not sure if it was packaging or shipping, but this bottle arrived with what appears to be at least 1 capsule broken open. =(

I have been using this supplement "Berberine" for about 6 months now and my A1C has been lowered with a change in diet and exercise and without taking the prescribed medication which has a lot of side effects. Taking this Berberine Supplement has helped me lower my A1C from 9.7 to 8.7 and it's still lowering from there. This is an added bonus to my regimen of diet and exercise. It's worth trying it out and taking control of your diet and exercise.

3 stars only because one of the capsules must have come open and leaked powder EVERYWHERE inside the bottle. Wouldn't think it would be a big deal...... until you take the capsules and it tastes like crap!!

Very effective. I wasn't sure if it would be effective because of the price....... BUT THESE ARE SUPERB. Please don't waste your money on the more pricerer ones. I am really impressed with this brand. Highly recommend it.
