The right size for larger (fill in) tickets. Would be fine for "strip tickets" of course, but we needed something to tumble the 3X3-1/2 or larger stubs. This product is solid, well built, turns easily on the base and has a locking access door. The ticket slot has a slide to allow it to be open or closed (during tumbling). Can't ask for anything else! A bit heavy but not bad. To be expected for the thickness of acrylic.

Seems to be well built, only used it once to date. Actually bought to be used with plastic chips, but first use was paper tickets. The only issue I had was the unit becomes static charged and some tickets would stick to the sides. Needed to open the door several times and manually remove to get a fair mixing of the tickets.

Our VFW Post bought a medium and large raffle drum and both drum doors broke at the hinge, plus one door was assembled 180° off so the latch did not hold tight allowing tickets to drop out while mixing. We modified both drums with metal hinges and placed the one door properly positioned so the latch now seals the door properly. Otherwise there are no other issues with the drums. The manufacturer needs to modify the door hinge so the hinge and pin is not so fragile.

This product is well made and enjoyable to look at when spinning raffle tickets, as it does a great job of mixing. It's not as big as I feared it might be, but just right, and quite smooth in operation. The ticket entry slider is a nice touch and seems durable; as does the key lock and door. Recommend.
