Addictive. It gets me right between the eyes. I am a gringo, with no heritage in Mexican food, except that i discovered mole back in 1983 at a small restaurant in NYC. I've been using the supermarket brand for years, but this is a wholly different thing. It is a disaster for my diet, as it destroys any sense of portion control.

I’m so sorry but this is disgusting. It tastes nothing like the mole you can get in Mexico or at any authentic Mexican food spot in the USA. I don’t often leave reviews but this is not palatable.

This is outrageous mole! Great flavor! A pound lasts a long time. After opening, put the mole in a wide mouth pint jar, press down with the back of a spoon to press out air pockets and pour a bit of canola oil to just flood the top. Screw on the lid and stick it in the fridge. Of course if you go mole crazy (it could happen)you might not need to store it. So good!
