Good for the price
Bought it to stretch my back. It works and relaxes it well. Only thing is, I don't use it as I thought I would and it just sits on the ground now, collecting dust.

very useful, release my lower back pain. before use, i can not stand properly. i must bend a little bit because of the pain. after use, now i can stand and walk properly. this stretcher is very useful.
