I just received the most outstanding customer service from this company, so I felt compelled to share. Firstly, I have been using this high quality product on and off for about a year and I honestly see the difference in my skin when I’m not using it. My skin literally glows! The health benefits of coconut oil have been proven over and over, so what ever else it does is an added bonus. I take them in the morning with my coffee and before breakfast and find their reduce my cravings all day.As for the customer service side of things, I returned an order because the address on my subscriptions updated erroneously when I had sent a package to a friend. The friend lives out of town so it was easier to just submit for a refund. The seller contacted me asking if I was dissatisfied with the product, which I explained the situation and mentioned that I loved their product and would continue to order. Then she responds and apologizes for the delivery error, even though I had not insinuated it was a fault of theirs, and sends me another bottle of pills for free! This went completely above and beyond what I expected and I am so unbelievably impressed by their efforts to ensure I was a happy customer.I enjoy the product and would have continued to order either way, but now they have a customer for life!

Although it’s too early to write this review, I fear that the opportunity will not flash upon my computer screen again. So, I’ll say that after about a week, my hair and skin are softer. And, low and behold, my digestion has definitely improved. I’ve suffered IBS for a few years with gradual improvements here and there but, after beginning the coconut supplements, I stopped getting the typical morning abnominal, intestinal cramps. Thus is a most positive side effect as I purchased the product for hair loss. Today, I washed my hair, a newly frightening affair. Although I treated my hairnwith great gentility,I did have noticeably less hair loss. This is significant because I am an older person wherein changes in the positive are not typically made quickly. Older folks recover slowly! So, in wrapping up this review, I I know I’m going in the right direction and that these supplements will be a significant aid In doing so. I will purchase them again, perhaps on-going.

I bought this for hair growth as my hair is Curly and breaks off easily. It is dry and brittle and coconut oil was suggested to me. I have noticed that it's made my hair softer I haven't noticed significant growth. Maybe it hasn't been long enough or maybe it's because I can't take the full dose if I take too much coconut oil my skin breaks out so I just take one pill a day. It probably would work better if I was to the full dosage.

Excellent customer service. Sent email prior me receiving my shipment telling me on its way. After I received my shipment checked to ensure everything was okay and I was satisfied. Saw immediate results in my face etc. when I started to take them. I have been looking everywhere for coconut pills since years ago I was taking them from a company in California. After so many years that company discounted selling and ever since I have been looking for coconut pills that were comparable to what I use to take. I am thus far very satisfied and will be ordering more soon as I close to finishing this batch.

I was glad to find these, since they too, are organic,offer a lot of capsules, and are at such a good price point. They are easy to swallow, (even though they are large), due to the coating.I will continue to purchase these.

I purchased two bottles in January and it’s expiring in April. I don’t understand why you would send me a product that had only 3 months left to expire. I didn’t even take half of the first bottle. I truly love your product, but it’s so so unfair to send me a product that’s about to expire.

I ordered this product Renew Actives Coconut Oil Capsules (120) two months supply on the first of September. They arrived Sept. 4th and the expiry date is October 31st 2021. In my option that expiry date is pretty close to the end of its life. The expiry date should be at least 4 to 6 months after placing the order don't you think. Very disappointed. Will never order Coconut Oil Capsules from Renew Actives again. Are they trying to get rid their old stock?

Coconut oil in a pill form is the best way to go if you have a busy lifestyle. I find to get the best results out of this product, you must follow the instructions on the bottle because they are very strong. It has changed my life. I feel so much better and have lots of energy, think clearly and I do not have to live in pain anymore. It fights against, colds, the flu and viruses. This is one product that should be in your medicine cabinet.

Bought these capsules to take in place of coconut oil. They are perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to take the liquid oil. Although these capsules were exactly as stated, I would personally purchase the oil. Coconut oil is very light tasting and is not a problem to consume.
