I used the product shortly after I purchased it. Works well! If you ever saw the ads for - well something like billboard vinyls, I folded over the edges and put a whole bunch of grommets in, it even punched the hole in.Just realize you are limitd to the distance you can go in to put the grommets in, you may need to buy a different type.

The only thing to be mindful of is the short throat of the device so anything you’re trying to punch that’s on a larger piece of material if you’re not paying attention you can get wrinkles around the eyelet. A little patient goes a long way.

This tool allowed me to build a tarp top and sides on a new raft shed in no time. It was so convenient to build the cover while it was still on the structure. Not having to pull the tarp off and install the grommets was game-changing.

Easiest and cleanest way to set a grommet. I used it for outdoor cushions to let water out. It made its own hole in the sunbrella fabric and the grommets set firmly. I’m impressed with the tool for the price if you used it twice it paid for itself
