TwinGrip Pliers, 8-inch

These pliers are what every other pliers out there aspires to. Great grip strength, ability to hold onto whatever, adjustable and comfortable and for hells sake their Knipex. Need I say more

Knipex doesn’t disappoint. I never knew how much I’d use these pliers. I use them everyday it seems. Whether I’m removing grease zerks, or operating piston jacks. It’s expensive compared to other slip joint pliers, but well worth it. Even working in a sandy environment, the locking mechanism never jams, and adjusts smoothly. Being knipex, it’s top tier quality, and is the perfect size for most anything I do as a heavy equipment and big rig mechanic. It also has proven well being used to remove stubborn stripped screw.

These are a pretty specific pair of pliers, but they come in handy more often than you’d think! Being able to clamp onto a round item from the end of the tool is super practical.

Great set of pliers. Highly versatile and easily utilized. Highly recommend to all.

As a handy pair of pliers to use with smaller conduit/small nuts on strut straps, something you'd use slip-joints for, they're not the greatest-- I've found the push button design a bit more unweildy than the cobras for one handed use, and the granularity of adjustment over such a small range makes it a bit difficult to find the perfect size for what you need. For that purpose, I'd much rather have a small set of slip-joint pliers. However, for stupid situations like a severely rusted screw that's completely stripped out, or when you tap breaks and you absolutely have to get that broken chunk out of the hole, the parallel serrations will absolutely save your life. The teeth are SIGNIFICANTLY harder and grip much better than Engineer's purpose built 'screw pliers', and the large number of serations ensure you'll be able to get an exact grip with as much strength as possible out of a single pair of pliers. I've found these far more effective than Engineer's options.

I have become a major fan of the Knipex forged pliers line! I do a lot of automotive mechanical work and occasionally rebuild transfer cases for Jeeps. The internal keeper rings can really be a bear to get out without causing damage to the ring or case. These pliers grasp those rings firmly and allow for easy removal. I have a lot of really high quality pliers but none of them will work as well in tight places under extreme pressure like these. I don't use these for everything but, I'm sure they would serve well for many purposes. I'm a bit of a tool junkie and I will actually buy a tool for one specific job. This whole line of Knipex forged pliers are amazing!

I was very exited to see YT videos of this product and that it can do wonders. Unfortunately it failed to unscrew a tap knob for which i purchased this. Only later i realised that the whole tap itself would cost me 20% of the purchase price of this plier. Its not for household use. Products and parts should be much much cheaper that this investment. Avoid if you do not have much work for it. Disappointed me greatly.

A useful light but effective tool.

Es una herramienta fina pero fuerte, responde sin tanto esfuerzo muy práctica. La puse a prueba y resultó mejor de lo esperaba es la tercera pieza q compro de esa marca y estoy muy satisfecho la recomiendo ampliamente, es un poco cara pero d verdad muy práctica, vale mucho la pena.
