Q: Can I adjust the belt to my size? Will it be big enough?

the belt is adjustable. depends on how big your waist is. i used a different belt that i had on my old quiver but this quiver is really nice.

Q: Is this quiver too large for a very petite young woman

I would say it might be on the large side. If you are worried it would be too big, I'd recommend looking at a rear facing quiver. They are usually a little smaller in size

It comes with an adjustable belt.

Q: When reversing the quiver, are both pockets fully functional when using as a left handed quiver?

Absolutely. I use mine left handed and this is the best quiver I have found and used. For the money, this is a great buy. I love mine and don't know how I could get by without it before.
