Q: why wont book chapters play in order?

Once you turn it on start the book then pause and hold the volume down arrow for 5 seconds this will turn off shuffle. It will then play the chapters in order for that part of the book. When the book changes to a different part, or disk, it may skip but you can just hold the forward or back button to get to the next part you need.

Q: One of the speakers is not working. i just bought these in march of this year. what do i do?

This also happened to me within a few months of purchasing the item. I haven't done anything about it because I usually have one ear piece out to be alert to my surroundings anyway. Go to your order page listing your previous orders to send an email to the vendor--on a different issue with this headset, they were quick to offer to send a new one in exchange for me removing the negative review/comment but it turned out I just needed to press the reset button to correct the issue. So they seem pretty fair.

Same problem, after about three weeks of use. It also no longer plays anything or communicates with my computer.
