Item broke after 1 week after I just started using it
I just started using this one and it broke in less than a week. I would like to speak to the mfr to get my money back. This is so unfair to me. Someone please help.I do not recommend this item.

The charm is beautiful, but breaks away from the plug easily. broke one. Thought is was so pretty and ordered another. It broke as well in about a week or so. Again beautiful but not durable.
