Nice watch with great features for price. I had an issue connecting the watch and contacted customer service and they responded on holiday weekend within 10minutes. Cant say enough about how attentive they were.

This is the BEST Apple Watch "clone/dupe" I've ever seen--Down to the charger and watch band. Other small details as well. Identical. I've gotten so many compliments on my "Apple watch".My college age niece thought I was joking when I told her I paid 36.00 for this and it's not really an Apple Watch. She couldn't believe it.She held it and compared it to her own real Apple Watch and kept saying "No. This is an Apple watch. There's no way you paid 36.00 for this" She really didn't believe me. LolThis watch is AMAZING! Its made extremely well. It's only 36.00 but nothing about it feels cheap. It can be used with an Android or iPhone.Much nicer than other smart watches I've bought on Amazon. No comparison.The packaging is really nice too. Very cool the way it's put together! It would make a wonderful gift for someone!I'm pleasantly surprised!

Only had the watch for 2 days. First time wearing it to work it died. The band snagged off and cracked the screen. The call volume is very low that it's beterr to use your phone. The app sucks and going through the qr code I get a message of the app not being safe. It has potential to be great but definitely need a lot more work.

Got it for my husband and he liked it but the one of the bands kept coming loose and he lost it while working. Need a locking mechanism to keep the band from sliding out. This all happened on 1st morning that he wore it.

***UPDATE don’t waste your money the app does not work it is in Chinese if you just look at the app reviews you cannot do anything with the wild shit does not connect or sync to your phone. You cannot change your home screens the Bluetooth does not stay connected and the crown on the side is broken. After letting it charge for over six hours I got to mess around with it and get nothing accomplished in two hours and it was dead. So very disappointing I have to go through this hassle.Came packaged nice. Did not like it was left in the rain in the mud not on my porch. I just got it on charge. This is for my daughter before I give her an Apple Watch. I did take a side by side of a 38mm Apple Watch and this , this looks to fit maybe a 42mm , possibly have to get something from this company. I hope to find a screen protector to fit. I love it so far. Very nice and sleek band, apple band does work!!UPDATE*** I took out of the box put on charge immediately, been on charge 20min, and I tried to turn on and it said battery low shutting down. This watch has everything I want and trust me I have been looking forever and have tried numerous watches. However, the setup is difficult, the manual is vague (I still haven't figured out half the functions or how calls work), and the battery life doesn't even last a full day. I hope these issues are worked out somehow or maybe I just got a bad watch from the batch.

I mean honestly the over all look is slick and smooth good looking but the functionality isn’t all there sadly, battery full charged only lasts 6-8 hours tops, and battery charger is extremely difficult to stay connected
