Excellent Blackstone
This Blackstone does everything we want of a griddle and it does it well. For most cooking we have to keep the temperature dials down low and it does an excellent job of keeping temperature. Everything cooked on here turns out absolutely delicious too.

Not manufactured very well.
This is my second Blackstone from Amazon and I had no issues with the first one. This one had several bent parts and holes wouldn't always line up from the manufacturer. The quality has definitely dropped from my first one.

Nice Griddle
The sticker they put on top of griddle cover. Took an hour to remove adhesive and made the stainless look bad after removal. One burner spews out mostly yellow flames. Other two blue. Will have to adjust air inlet on that one. Well built.

We cook almost every meal on this! Important to make sure you clean it after every use.

Grill cover
I love my grill. My only problem is finding a grill cover that'll fit. I also want it to reach just short of the ground, not half way down.

Some Issues
I have not started cooking yet.Putting it together was sort of difficult.I am an older person and it took me 90 minutes just to put the handle on the hood. The holes where the screws go in, can not be seen. And since the nut part is totally flat, the screw does not find it's way easy. I had to try and try and try...The same kind of goes for the parts, where you have to basically lay on your back to put the screw in.I had to turn over the whole griddle, in order to to screw from top to bottom, and not the other way around. On the hood there was a big sticker (covered almost half the hood). After taking it off, I now have the glue residue on the hood. Also, the griddle is open on the back (even though it has fancy doors in the front). That means you can not really store anything inside, because it will get dirty fast. For all these reasons, I think it's overpriced.
