I originally purchased the Hypagel reusable hot and cold pads for post-surgery recovery from my wisdom tooth extraction. It provided amazing pain relief and aided my healing process significantly. But, as it turns out, this little gem has more uses than I initially thought! On sweltering summer days, it's my go-to cool pad, bringing much-needed relief from the heat. And ladies, this one's for you - it's a lifesaver during that time of the month! No more messing around with leaky hot water bottles for period cramps. The HypaGel pad is so easy to use, and it holds its temperature for a long while. I love its versatility and effectiveness. Truly a worthwhile purchase, exceeding all expectations!

Purchased to help with swelling in my hand after breaking my wrist. Worked really well and used as part of my physiotherapy exercises. Good value for money.

Three packs are included which is perfect. With temperatures in the 30s I needed cooling off! I put them in the fridge rather than freezer and was able to then use them on bare skin. They were very effective at cooling me down. One over each arm and one stuffed down my front!Today I looked at them (feeling chilly and hardly able to recall that summer heat) and looked at the instructions for using them as heat packs. I quickly decided it's too much faffing - you can't bung them straight into your microwave but need to place them into water. The other method is 10 minutes in a bowl of hot water. Nah - easier to fill a hot water bottle. So: for cooling it's a big 👍and for warming its a 👎

Bought for accident-prone child. Great size for bumps and sprains. Can be moulded straight from freezer. Multi pack means we always have one fully frozen.I wish they sold little covers for them too - that would be perfect.

This is the best as does not end up rock solid when in ice box.

A fairly good product, and certainly worked for cooling our beds in the middle of the summer heatwave. But unfortunately one bag split within three uses. The others are fine, and some patchwork repair with tape has kept the split bag from deteriorating further.Overall, not bad for the money.
