Seasonic CORE-GC-500 Non-Modular PC Power Supply 80PLUS Gold 500 Watt

Very good quality PSU, best I've owned in the Gold Rated bracket as it has the highest GPU amp rating at 54A very good for single PSU of ALMOST anything you can buy atm, better than EVGA, Corsair, Antec and Cougar all of which I have previously owned at some point. Doesn't worry me about cables if it does the fully modular but same PSU and performance is £10 more!

I've only had this power supply for 1 day, but compared to the PSU that I replaced (which sounded like a jet engine) , this is so much quieter. The fan is pretty much silent! The cable management is quite easy, even though this was the first time I have ever changed a power supply.

Works a treat as expected, almost silent in operation, unless you put your ear to the case, and the 7 year warranty is the icing on the cake, buy with confidence, will probably out live me haha, people moan about the fact its not modular, but if your good with cable ties its a non issue, and its reassuring your house isn't going to burn down in the night, and at £45 it was a billy bargain, compared to lesser power supplies that cost a few £ less.

I rushed the build and forgot about checking that the power supply works with the mock motherboard power connection that's supplied. Didn't matter because this power supply worked anyway, day 1 it is reliable so I give it 5 stars unless it fails me in the next few thousands of days.

It's a little noisy, and for the price should be partially modular and there's only two pcie cables (4 connectors)
